Mvision and the <br />structure meets the minimum requirements of the Uniform Building <br />Code, Volume III except as noted below. <br />plumbing,: <br />1. Water heater does not: have temperabrce and pressure <br />relief valve with proper discharge. <br />2. Basement toilet is not vented, nor is there a stop <br />on the water supply. <br />Electrical: <br />1. Service does not comply with code. <br />2. kitchen does not have two utility circuits. <br />3. Clothes washer does not have separate circuit. <br />4. {airing in basement does not comply with code. <br />5. Wiring to light on back steps, does not meet code. <br />6. All wiring should comply with N.E.C. 410-95. <br />Miscellaneous: <br />1. There is no handrail on basement stairway. <br />2.
