Staniford, of Aarons Restaurant, 1508 Hewitt Avenue, requested that the transit transfer station at Everpark have change available for the bus rdssengers. He also requested that the City provide bathrooms for the bus patrons. Al rheal, Public Works Director, will have the Transit Manager look into the possibility of providing Change at the transit station. VARIANCE Miss Aileen M. Langhans, 2630 Grand Avenue, requested a variance to construct a driveway off of Grand and a parking space in the front yard of her residence. Moved by Councilman Pope, seconded by Councilman Langus to approve the variance to permit a driveway off Grand Avenue at 2630 Grand with the restriction that the driveway be north of the red :one allowed for the stop sign. Councilman Overstreet stated he felt that Council should follow the Everett Municipal Code and that maybe the ordinance on variances and driveway access needed to ne reviewed. Poll was called with all councilmen voting yes except Councilman Overstreet who voted no and Councilman Micnelson wno was excused. Motion carried.
