Lanahans, 2630 Grand Avenue, requested a variance to construct a driveway off of Gland and a parking space in the front yard of her residence. Moved by Councilman Pope, seconded by Councilman Langus to approve the variance to permit a driveway off Grand Avenue at 2630 Grand with the restriction that the driveway be north of the red zone allowed for the stop sign. Councilman Overstreet stated he felt that Ccunc4l should follow the Everett Municipal Code and that maybe the ordidancr- on variances and driveway access needed to be reviewed. Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes except Councilman Overstreet who voted no and Councilman Micnelson who was excused. Motion catried.
