HOUSING CODE INSPECTI7N REPORT <br />FROM: MARIAN DENT, CITY OF EVERETT, HOUSING INSPECTOR <br />DATE: JANUARY 5, 1995 <br />SUBJ: 2701 GRAND AVE., EVERETT, WA <br />A neighbor of this house had called and complained about cats, rats, and unsightly <br />condition of the house. <br />I explained to the complainant that the house has been vacant since I posted it "Illegal <br />to Occupy" several years ago. We could take no further abatement action on the house <br />at this time. <br />I advised him that he could call the Animal Control Department regarding the problem <br />with the cats, and the Snohomish County Health Dept. regarding the rat problem. <br />
