Box 476 9=1 <br />Everett, Washington 98206 INSPECTION DEPARTMENT <br />Dear Mr. Walsh: <br />This office received a complaint regarding someone living in a <br />camper trailer on your property located at 2703 Grand Avenue, <br />Everett, Washington. <br />On April 1, 1981, an inspectinu of the area was made and I <br />talked with Judy Crawford who is living in the trailer. At <br />the time I was there Ms. Crawford did not want to talk as she <br />said she was ill. She phoned the office later and requested <br />'LLA I not return until today. <br />Upon returning at 11:30 a.m. today for an inspection, there was <br />no answer at the door. <br />The trailer has broken windows, garbage lying under it, and is <br />a nuisance as well as illegal to occupy in accordance to Title 17 <br />of the Everett Municipal Code. The trailer has inadequate and <br />unsanitary sewage and plumbing facilities. In accordance with <br />Title 17, the trailer may be considered dangerous to human life <br />and detrimental to the health of the occupant. <br />In accordance with the County records you are the owner of this <br />property. Since these conditions exist on your property It is your <br />responsibility to take corrective action. Please advise this <br />office within 10 days of the action you plan to take to correct <br />these conditions. <br />
