Box 476 9=1 Everett, Washington 98206 INSPECTION DEPARTMENT Dear Mr. Walsh: This office received a complaint regarding someone living in a camper trailer on your property located at 2703 Grand Avenue, Everett, Washington. On April 1, 1981, an inspectinu of the area was made and I talked with Judy Crawford who is living in the trailer. At the time I was there Ms. Crawford did not want to talk as she said she was ill. She phoned the office later and requested 'LLA I not return until today. Upon returning at 11:30 a.m. today for an inspection, there was no answer at the door. The trailer has broken windows, garbage lying under it, and is a nuisance as well as illegal to occupy in accordance to Title 17 of the Everett Municipal Code. The trailer has inadequate and unsanitary sewage and plumbing facilities. In accordance with Title 17, the trailer may be considered dangerous to human life and detrimental to the health of the occupant. In accordance with the County records you are the owner of this property. Since these conditions exist on your property It is your responsibility to take corrective action. Please advise this office within 10 days of the action you plan to take to correct these conditions.
