With the addition of the <br />U ; ,;onjtun?a201 following items t approved: <br />C, ,:9rp p- 440 g , he plans are <br />I. All equipment shall be commercial grade N.S.F. (National <br />Sanitation Foundation) approved units. Domestic units are <br />not acceptable. <br />vau. 2. Reasonably accurate thermometers shall be provided .in all <br />refrigeration units. <br />3. Shelves shall be six inches off the floor to protect products <br />from mop splash. <br />4. Need to provide a mop sink for cleaning. <br />5. Provide a place for employees personal items (i.e. coats). <br />6. At least one restroom for the employees shall be provided. <br />It shall include the following: <br />a. Walls, ceiling and floor shall be smooth, nonabsorbent <br />and easily cleanable. <br />b. It shall have a tight -fitting, self -closing door. <br />C. It shall have hot- and cold running water with sanitary <br />soap and towel dispensers. <br />d. It shall have a covered waste receptacle for sanitary <br />napkins. <br />e. It shall have mechanical ventilation to the outside. <br />7. Your plans did not provide approved food preparation, food <br />holding and utensil cleaning and handwash facilities. With <br />their absence, the Snohomish Health District can only allow <br />those foods which are commercially produced, packaged and <br />obtained from an approved wholesale source. <br />8. All building and fire codes for the City of Everett must be <br />met. <br />9. If you plan to do any changes other than what you have now, need <br />to notify the Snohomish Health District. <br />
