In as <br />much as the Improvements required by your Final Declaration of Non -Significance <br />f82-12 are long overdue to be constructed, the City expects Immediate progress <br />toward their Installation. Our conversation of December 20 indicated that the <br />Improvements will be complete within 30 days. <br />Conversation between your contractor and the City Inspector on December 21 <br />Indicated some disagreement concerning the extent of alley improvements. 7Ae <br />"as -built" condition of the alley will be In accordance with Standard 303. The City <br />Inspector will accept the subgrade prier to final paving. U the existing alley <br />surface is unacceptable for an ovei lay. it rill be removed. Remeber that a an* <br />year warrantee is required an the public right-of-way Improvement.
