You were also advised to iemove any wrecked or <br />inoperable vehiclea. <br />Recently, several complaints have been received about the use and condition of <br />this property. A eite inapectioa confirmed that there is atill a lot of junk <br />and salvage materials. In addition, the vacant dilapidated structure on the <br />site is being uaed bq transients and teenagera as a place to loiter. The <br />atructure is unaecured from casual entry and there ia braken glass and trash <br />throughout it. <br />We ask that you take immediate ateps to aecure the building and clean up the <br />lot. This must be done by no later than April 10, 1990. Failure to do so <br />will result in formal abatement, the costs of which srill be billed to you or <br />placed ae a lien against the property. Ia addition, failure to abate thia <br />nuisance ia a misdemeanor punishable by �1,000.00 per day. <br />If you have any queations, please call me at 259-8731.
