INSPECTION REPORT <br />FROM: Marian Dent, Housing Inspector, City of Everett <br />DATE: April 5, 1993 <br />SUBJ: 2818 6rand Ave., Everett 4'� 98203 <br />After receiving a complaint regarding the conditions of the <br />building located at this address, an inspection was conducted <br />and the following deficiencies were noted pursuant to the <br />Unitorm Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings: <br />1. The entire building is deteriorated and rotted. <br />2. The building is an attractive nuisance to children. <br />3. The building is a harbor for vagrants. <br />4. The building is hazardous to neighboring property <br />and a hazardous nuisance to the health safety and <br />welfare of the public. <br />5. The building is beinq used for habitable purposes <br />for which there is no sanitation, no heat and nc� <br />electrical system. The buildinq is unsafe for the <br />purpose for which it is beinq used. <br />Action to repair or deomlish this building will require <br />permits issuded by the City of Everett, Public Works <br />Department, Building Division. <br />
