Ia1 ♦.•O♦ <br />Mr. Byron Kistler <br />6400 60 N.E. <br />Oak Harbor, Washington 98277 <br />Re: Building at 3028 Grand <br />Dear Sir: <br />The Fire Department asked me to make an electrical inspection at <br />the above address, to determine the safety conditions of the wiring <br />on the rear of the building. They had made a request in item IQ <br />of their March loth letter to you, that corrections had to be made <br />in the electrical wiring. 0n my examination it was noted that a <br />small amount of tape was wrapped around the exposed wires in a few <br />places, but the unsafe condition is still existing. The insulation <br />on the wires has dteriorated to the extent all the exposed wiring <br />should be replaced, proper covers must be installed over the panels <br />to cover the live parts exposed. The splices and wiring that have <br />been put in are not acceptable. Unless the wiring is corrected and <br />made reasonably safe it will be necessary to turn this -utter over <br />to our City Attorney for the unsafe posting of the building. <br />I would like you to give this your immediate attention and notify <br />me within 10 days of your plans. <br />Yours truly <br />L.
