Plant four, six foot high, evergreen traes within the <br />interior landscape islands of the parking lot. Subsection <br />35.080.E.2 require a minimum of one tree for every 100 <br />square feet of planting areas located in the interior of the <br />parking lot of which 50% must be evergreen. <br />2. Plant six, two foot high, shrubs along Pacific Avenue, Grand <br />Avenue, and the north property line. Subsection 35.050.C.2 <br />requires a minimum of 1.25 shrubs for every too square feet <br />of perimeter landscaping. <br />Once the above requirements have been met, the bond can be <br />released.
