Deteriorated floor supports. Floor joists are rotted. <br />2, Porch is rotted, broken and dangerous. <br />3. Steps leading to porch have no handrail, are constructed <br />improperly, are detcriorated and quite hazardous. <br />4. Living room window is falling out of its casing. <br />5. Win3ow sills and casings in the structure are rotted and <br />deteriorated. <br />6. Wat�r p�^PS in basement are l.eaking creating a considerable <br />amount c pness. <br />7 <br />� <br />There is n� heat supplied for th� structure. <br />There is no hot water heater. <br />According to 1001 of the Uniform Housing Code these conditions may <br />be considered sufficient to declare the building to be sub-standard <br />and uninhabitable. <br />
