Puking must be per City Zoning Code and City Design and Construction Standards. 2. Any grading/fill on this site shall be done so as to not impact the surrounding properties. 3. This project must comply with the current State Buildii:o Code and city Sprinkler Ordinance. 4. Special charges for connection to the sewer and water systems in accordance with Ordinance 1998-94 and subsequent revision aze applicable. These charges are based on projected water usage and can be substantial. Applicant is encourr�ged to obtain a copy of the Ordinance and determine estimated chazges prior to building permit application. The actual chazges shall be computed by the Public Works Department per the ordinance in effect at the time and according to the information on the approved plans at the time of building permit issuance. 5. Lack of comment on the plans submitted with the application does not constitute approval of these plans. 6. Any broken or damaged sidewalk shall be repaired/replaced per the City Public Works Inspector. 7. The water service for this use must be converted to a metered service. 8. The sidesewer service for this site is currently 4" on private property. City code requires a 6" sidesewer for this use. At the citys option the city may allow the existing side sewer to remain in use, however, a hold harmless agreement must be executed ;snd recorded against the property. 9.
