Puking must be per City Zoning Code and City Design and Construction Standards. <br />2. Any grading/fill on this site shall be done so as to not impact the surrounding <br />properties. <br />3. This project must comply with the current State Buildii:o Code and city Sprinkler <br />Ordinance. <br />4. Special charges for connection to the sewer and water systems in accordance with <br />Ordinance 1998-94 and subsequent revision aze applicable. These charges are based <br />on projected water usage and can be substantial. Applicant is encourr�ged to obtain a <br />copy of the Ordinance and determine estimated chazges prior to building permit <br />application. The actual chazges shall be computed by the Public Works Department <br />per the ordinance in effect at the time and according to the information on the <br />approved plans at the time of building permit issuance. <br />5. Lack of comment on the plans submitted with the application does not constitute <br />approval of these plans. <br />6. Any broken or damaged sidewalk shall be repaired/replaced per the City Public <br />Works Inspector. <br />7. The water service for this use must be converted to a metered service. <br />8. The sidesewer service for this site is currently 4" on private property. City code <br />requires a 6" sidesewer for this use. At the citys option the city may allow the <br />existing side sewer to remain in use, however, a hold harmless agreement must be <br />executed ;snd recorded against the property. <br />9.
