These <br />comments address building issues only, additional revisions or additions may be requirod by other <br />departments (such as Udlides, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the 1997 Uniform Building <br />Code, as amended by the State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 1997 Edidon, <br />unless stated otherwise. <br />In order for the processing� of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br />provide the Built7ing Divis�on with two complete new sets of drawings reflecting <br />fhe corrections requested. <br />1. The plans as submitted do not meet the pre:criptive requirements for laterat bracing. All <br />braced wall panels shall be clearly marked on the ptans. Buildings shall be provided with <br />exterior and interior braced wall lines.
