It is developed with onty one shvcture, a 37 foot wide by 47 foot deep garage <br />building that is accessed off of the alley. It is setback approximately 4 feet off of the <br />alley, 103 feet from Norton Ave and 19 feet from both the north and south side property <br />lines. It was originally a two story shvchue approximately 24 feet in height. <br />The structure was originally built in 1925 according to the Snohomish County <br />Assessor's records. This structure pre-dates the City's 1956 zoning code and is <br />considered legal non-conforming. <br />The applicant proposes to demolish the existing g.3rage shvcture and replace it with a <br />new one story 37 wide by 31 foot deep garage building. <br />The above structure(s) meets the City of Everett Zoning Code in ef%ct at the Hme of <br />constrvction and I hereby find that the above shucture(s) aze legal non-confortning <br />under the City of Everett Zoning Code.
