All work shall be carried out In accordance <br />with the attached permit. <br />Enclosed is a copy of the City rules and regulations governing work within <br />the public right-of-way. Pleas -all the Engineering Department Construction <br />Division (250-8811) prior to starting, this work so that an inspection can <br />be made. <br />This permit is valid for a period of sixty (60) days from date of issue.
