It has come to our attention <br />that in addition to the proposed earage you are, and have started to construct <br />quarters for living purposes in the second floor of the structure. <br />This letter is to inform you officially, as we have done verbally, that the use of <br />any part of the structure as a dwelling unit for day to day housekeeping purposea <br />would be in violation of the Zoning Code of the City of Everett. Should such uae <br />be made of the structure the City would take immediate stepe to enforce the <br />provision of its ordinance to the fullest extent permitted by law. <br />If it is your intention, as you have indicated, to utilize the second story of the <br />structure as a recreation area for the use of your family on1y, I must advise you <br />that your application for a building permit was incorrect and this matte: muat <br />be cleared with the Building Department. • <br />In o:der to avoid the possiUility of a misunderstanding, should your property be <br />transferred to another party, I am asking you to sign a copy of thia letter which <br />will indicate that you are fully aware of the zoning restrictiona placed on the <br />property and that no part of the structure may be used for livin� quarters by a <br />second party, I hope by thie action all misunderstanding that may e�cist hae been <br />made clear. <br />Sincerely, <br />/ /l(/ l-^�li],��Li� <br />F.
