It has come to our attention <br />that in addition to the proposed garage you are, and have started to construct <br />quarters foz living purposes in the second floor of the structure. <br />This letter is to inform ynu officially, as we ha��e done verbally, that the use ot <br />any part of the struct�ire as a dwelling unit for day to day housekeeping purposes <br />would be in violation of the Zoning Code of the City of Everett. Should such use <br />be made of the structure the City would take immediate steps to enf�,rce the <br />proviaion of its ordinance to the fullest extent permitted by law. . <br />If it is your intention, as you have indicated, to utilize the second story of the <br />structure as a recreation area for the uae of your family only, I must advise you <br />that your application for a building permit was incorrect and this matter mixat <br />be cleared with the Building Department. <br />In order to avoid the possibility of a misunderstanding, should your property be <br />transferred to another party, I am asking you to sign a copy of this letter which <br />will indicate that you are fully aware of the zoning reatrictions placed on the <br />property and that no part of the structure may be used for living quartere by a <br />second party.
