July 27, 1971 <br />Mr. Kennedy <br />3931 Grand <br />Everett, Washingto�� 98201 <br />Dear Mr, Kennedy; <br />Your daughters were the only ones ho:ne yesterday and they told me <br />you wanted an inspection for a V.A, financing so I proceeded <br />knowing what the V.A. requires. <br />'hao utility circuits are needed in the kitchen with two additional <br />outlets independent of light.ng circuits. A grounded outle[ is <br />needed for the automatic washer. The dryer cable must be a�k10 <br />wire and all splices terminate in junction boxes. The light over <br />the basin in the bathroom must be grounded and a grounded outlet <br />installed. An additional eutl:etis needed in the dinning room. <br />Two additional outlets�needed in the Living room. All bedrooms <br />must have at least two outlets. Some of the bedrooms have the <br />required outlets. The upper front bedroom needs an additional <br />outlet in the north wall. The 60 amp service wi11 have to be re- <br />placed with a servic, of at least 125 anper rating and all side <br />panels removed, If the water tank is now fed with 4�12 wire it <br />should te changed to ��10. <br />If there is any questions on the ahove requirements please feel <br />free to call. <br />Yours truly <br />L.
