Please see <br />the enclosed inspection activity report. The Everett Building Code states that all permits expire <br />if the work authorized by the pertnits is suspended or abandoned for a period of 180 days after <br />the work is commenced. Work under this permit will no longer be authorized unless you: <br />1) Demonstrate continuing progress by requesting inspection of work that has occurred since <br />your last inspection, or <br />2) Request final inspcctions of the H�ork that is completed, or <br />3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension, detailing justifiable cause for extension. <br />Please respond within 10 days. After that time your permit file will be sent to r.ur Records <br />Department for microfilming without documentation of final approval. These records are <br />available to prospcctive buyers and lending institutions. lf you wish to resume work in ihe <br />future, a new pertnit must be obtained.
