A copy of <br />the last inspecdon showing requested co�rections is enclosed. The Uniform Building Code <br />provides that ap permits expire by limitation if the work authorized by the permit is suspended or <br />abandoned at any time after work is commenced for a period of 180 days. If you wish to prevent <br />the pem►it from expiring without documentation of completion, you may: <br />1) Request en inspection of work that has occurred, to document condnuing progress, <br />or 2) Request final inspecdon if the work is completed, <br />or 3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension, <br />Please respond within 10 days. After that time the file will be sent to our Records Department <br />for microfilming wichout final approval.
