DECISION <br />Based upon the preceding Findings of Fact and Conclusions and testimony and <br />evidence submilted at the public hearing, it is hereby ordered that the requested <br />variance to allow a portion of a fence at 719 Grand Avenue, Everett, Washington, to <br />exceed the six-foot height standard and to be eight feet in height is granted subject to <br />the following conditions: <br />The fence, as it has been constructed, shall not be increased in height. The <br />variance is only for that poriion of the existing fence that is currentiy eight feet in <br />height. The remainder of the fence shall be no higher than six feet. <br />The Applicant shall secure all necessary building permits required (or the fence. <br />The decision on this variance is based on the unique facts of this case. It shall <br />not be a precedent for future variance requests.
