CITY OF EVERETT <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />Notice is hereby given that a public meeting and public hearing will be held by the City <br />of Everett Board of Adjustment on the dates given below for consideration of the <br />following request from John Vandree, 8l2 Grand Avenue. <br />The Variance request is from Everett Municipal Code Section 19.14.050 (B), side yard <br />setback, which requires each building to be six feet from the side yard lot line. The <br />applicant is requesting to build an addition to the existing dwelling that would be three <br />feet from the side yard lot line.
