The applicant is requesting to remove +!-c �rrenhousc and <br />replace it with an addition (family room, solariur,/spa, and laundry room) <br />ahlch would be three fcet from the property line. <br />Conclusion: The variance request reduces the setback from 0' existing to 3' <br />proposed. <br />Preservation of PropertY RiAht: <br />Finding: The existing dwelling extends to the north property line. <br />Conclusion: �renting the variance will preserve the property right that the <br />applicant has used for a number of years.
