Location of existing and proposed structures in relation to the <br />site area boundaries. <br />3• Parking and loading areas. <br />4. Traffic access and ci:culation. <br />5. Open space, undisturbed areas, landscaping, refuse and service <br />areas, utilities, signs and yard setbacks. <br />Applicant Sig�ature <br />NOTE: The Administrator reserves the right not to accapt this <br />application until it is reviewed and is determined to be <br />complete. After a completed application is accepted, a Publie <br />Hearing date will be established. <br />The City recommends that a survey be obtained before submitting a <br />request for a variance for setback in order to assure the <br />accuracy of the application. <br />Any variance, if granted, may be withdrawn in the event of <br />submittal of inaccurate information, misrepresentation by the <br />applicant, or failure to comply with conditions placed when <br />granting the variance. <br />
