E COPY <br />(Please reference both permit number and address when calling or writing) <br />According to our records, we do not have final approval for the permit(s) listed above. See the <br />enclosed Inspection Activity Report(s). Sections 105.5 and R105.5 of the International Building <br />Code and International Residential Code state that permits become invalid if the work is not <br />commenced or is suspended or abandoned for more than 180 days. Work under your permits <br />will no longer be authorized unless you: <br />1) Demonstrete continuing progress by requesting inspection of work that has occurred since <br />your last inspection, or <br />2) Request final inspections of the work that is completed, or <br />3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension, detailing justifiable cause for extension. <br />It is your responsibility to ensure that permitted work is properly and safely completed, and that <br />all required inspections are performed. Please contact us by February 14, 2011 to <br />request extension or to schedule inspections. After that time the file will be sent to <br />microfilm without final approval. If you should decide to go ahead with the project in the <br />future, you must apply for and purchase new permits, meeting current Code criteria. <br />To schedule inspections call our automated inspection line at (425) 257-8881, or to discuss the <br />status of your project, please call our Permit Technicians at (425) 257-8810.
