The conditions are as follows: <br />The "media room" and "dark room" must be provided with a mechanical <br />ventilation system capable of providing two air changes per hour. One <br />fifth of the air supply shall be taken from the outside. <br />2. The "media room" and the "dark room" may not be used as sleeping <br />rooms. These rooms do not meet the requirements for escape and rescue <br />for sleeping rooms. <br />3. The "media room" and the "dark room" shall have smoke detectors <br />installed per section 1210(a)3 UBC. <br />4.
