All work shall be carried out in accordance <br />with the attached permit. <br />Enclosed is a copy of the City rules and regulations governing work within <br />the public rights-of-way. Please call the L-ngineering Department Construction <br />Division (259-8811) prior to s'arting this work so that an inspection can <br />be made. <br />This permit is valid for a period of sixty (60) days from date of issue.
