f <br />This Site Contains Environmental <br />Sensitive Area Features (EMC 19.37) <br />The following maior requirements and limitations apply to the <br />environmentally sensitive features on (or adiacent to) this site: <br />The wetland/stream buffer must be flag4E5§pnor to any construction <br />activity per approved plans; <br />• Clearing and grading limits must be field verified by the Public Works <br />Inspector prior to grading/clearing: <br />controls must be in place and verified by Public Works Inspector prior <br />to grading; <br />No clearing or grading activity is permitted within the sensitive area; <br />The sensitive area or uuffer is not to be used as a construction staging area; <br />�001- <br />Buffer enhancement is required consistent with Plan (see sheet #•�_)• <br />• Hazard trees in the buffer or ESA must be flagged (removed, snagged at <br />minimum height of and used as nursery logs); and <br />• Wetland/stream mitigation is required (see sheet # ). <br />+' Note: This sheet contains only a summary of maior ESA requirements <br />1 <br />Detailed requirements are contained in the project decision (SEPA #_). <br />
