Our findings and conclusions <br />are based on construction activities observed while on site. Based on our part-time observations in the <br />Field, communications with the contractor, our understanding of this site and project plans, and provided <br />that the contractor used consistent materials and methods while we were present and not present at the <br />site, it is our opinion that the Ultra Block wall is being constructed in accordance with the plans and our <br />recommendations. <br />Attachment: Site Plan <br />Distribution: <br />Signed: <br />
