C G <br />ENGIN—EERING <br />STRUCTURAL OBSERVATION REPORT <br />Project: Fox Residence <br />Purpose: Structural Observation <br />Location: 4626 Harbor lane, Everett, WA <br />Date: April 23, 2013 <br />CG Project #: 12123.11 <br />Report k: 1 <br />Client: Logan Fox <br />General Contractor : McDowell NW Pile <br />King, Inc. <br />Field Rep: Carolyn Jewett, PE, SE <br />CG Engineering completed a final structural observation of the garage foundation <br />repair at the residence of Logan Fox on April 23, 2013. The residence is located at <br />4626 Harbor Lane in Everett, WA. <br />At the time of our visit, the pin piles were installed and the finished grade had been <br />restored on the north and west sides of the garage. We were not able to visually <br />observe each of the pin piles, since most of them were buried below grade. We <br />were able to observe the following site photos taken by Nelson Geotechnical <br />Associates on the day of pile installation.
