v
To Frank H. Bennett
FROM Jamie G. Johnsonav
V
OATE
SUBJECT
May 9, 1975
Harbor Hills Fill
David A. Brandvold
CITY OF EVERETT, EVERETT. WASHINGTON
rt
On or about April 17, 1975, we received a complain from Mr.
Edward E. Level, that fill was being placed, without a permit,
in the vicinity of Lynnewood Drive, East of Diukilteo Blvd., in
the area known as Harbor liills.
IIpon receiving the complaint we investigated and found that a
minor Eill operation was being conducted on lots 35 and 36,
of Darlington Replat, Lot "X", at approximately 4701 Lynnewood
Drive. The fill consisted of stumps and earth taken from lots
6 through 12 of the same plat.
At this time, stop werk notices were posted requesting the
contractor obtain the necessary permits as required by
Section 7006 of the Building Code.
On April 24, 1975, tir. David Brandvold, the contractor and
alleged owner of the said property applied for and was granted
the necessary grading permit after submitting plans and report
of conditions as provided for in Section 7010(a) of the same
code.
Mr. Brandvold declared that he would conduct 'he fill as set
forth in the letter to him from Lee Johnson D.E.
Mr. Brandvold, as of this date, recommenced work on this fill.
r
