We 10 LLc, LU <br />understand the revised plan was submitted on behalf of the Andersons. If this is not correct, please <br />contact us immediately. The revised restoration plan is approved subject to the City's hand-written <br />revisions on the plan (as so approved, the "Approved Restoration Plan"). A copy of the Approved <br />Restoration Plan is attached. The City's terms and conditions contained in its letters in this matter (such <br />as the July 17, 2009, and October 2, 2009, letters) also remain in effect. <br />In addition, the City received a set -aside letter executed by PEMCO Insurance. The Approved <br />Restoration Plan needs to be attached as Exhibit A.
