Two of the reports come from Frank Pita, PE, Jacobs Associates Engineers/Consultants. One report relates to the geotechnical review of the property, and the other refers to the review of the retaining wall design. The third report is from Scott Baker of 'Free Solutions Inc., Consulting Arborist. ']'his is Mr. Baker's review of the loss of the trees. Please include these matters in each of your files. While we were in your office you indicated that whenever there was an issue regarding a permit you would have the parties meet with yourself or other staff and work out the issues. If such a meeting is available to its we would like to take advantage of it by meeting with you or your staff members and any one of the Anderson's professionals who choose to participate. I would see this as a much better way of resolving this issue rather going through litigation. As you know, this matter is currently under way.
