This plan basically allows us to pick up all of the runoff in <br />a tightline and sending it down to the bottom of IN., slope. This is now possible because the new owners of the lot below <br />are more cooperative than the previous owner. We are hoping to implement the drainage system as part of the permit for <br />the shorir,p wall, to avoid any delays.
