Upon arrival, we observed that the contractors had finished installing the new drain line in the new casement, and had connected the level spreader near the toe of the slope. The level spreader consisted of a T-connection at the end of black corrugated pipe, with two 4-inch PVC perforated pipes on either end of the "T". The contractors also installed a small support made of wooden 2x4's to support and elevate the pipe off the ground to allow it to continue down the hill without having to excavate soils. We also observed that the landscapers had finished planting the vegetation on the slope and on the bench below the wall. We will be meeting with the City on Wednesday to discuss with them the planned native protection area and maintenance behind the wall. The landslide and the slope have been restored in general accordance with our recommendations. However, additional landscaping needs to be done, especially above the wall. There may he minor sliding and crosion control events on the slope until the vegetation is re-established. We should monitor the slope and the drainage system on a monthly basis for the remainder of this rainy season and also during the next rainy season. Attaehnieni: Site plan Signed: Distribution: W 7
