Shawish, PE <br />RP.: Anderson Property <br />Summary to Date <br />Everett, Washington <br />NGA Filo No. 816909 <br />You have requested that we provide a summary of the work that has been completed to date on your <br />property relating to slope stabilization, erosion control, and drainage improvements, and to request an <br />extension of the April 1, 2010 deadline from the City of Everett (the "City") for the completion of the <br />repairs outlined by the City in their letter October 2, 2009 <br />Most of the work on your property has been completed. The soldier pile wall has been installed and <br />erosion control matting has been placed on the exposed soil below the wall, including in the area of the <br />landslide; the downed trees have been removed from the slope on your property and the l.cona Chase <br />Property (i.ot 49); landscaping plants have been planted on the slope; and drainage has been improved <br />on the site via a new drain line that has been installed down to the bottom of the slope. A new catch <br />basin has been installed within your back yard. All of the stormwater generated on your property is <br />being directed into the catch basin and down to the bottom of the slope via the new drain pipe. <br />Due to the logistics of the project and delays that resulted from weather and on -going litigation, a few <br />items still need to be completed. The decking surromtdinr; the pool is planned to be re -done. A portion <br />of the decking and plumbing associated with the pool vere removed during the wall installation, and <br />now the remainder of the decking will be removed an.l new decking placed.
