Both your attorney and this office made good <br />faith efforts to provide Mr. Chase an opportunity to allow restoration of his property and lie <br />failed to avail himself of that opportunity. Nelson Geotechnical Firm opined that the affected <br />portion of Mr. Chase's property is stable. <br />Upon completion of the following items, the City will consider you to be in compliance <br />with the Critical Areas Ordinance, with the exception of the Chase property. If these items are <br />completed by .tune 15, 2010, the City will not pursue an enforcement action and will not require <br />alternative restoration or payment with regard to the Chris Chase property. <br />I. Provide a copy of the recorded Geological Ifazard and Critical Area protective Covenants <br />2.
