NOTICE OF HEARING
<br />Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by
<br />the City of Everett Board of Adjustment at 7:30 p.m, Monday,
<br />July 11, 1977, in the City Hall Council Chambers, City Hall,
<br />Everett, S9ashington, for the consideration of the following:
<br />Request of David Brandvold, P. O. Box 428, btukilteo,
<br />WA, for a variance from Section 19.08.010, Everett
<br />hiunicipal Code, Land Use, Paragraph B, for permission to
<br />front on a public dedicated street for no (C) frontage
<br />rather than the code requirement of forty (40) feet on a
<br />publicly dedicated street.
<br />Applicant prop:.�ses access is to be provided by a permanently
<br />maintained easement.
