WASHINGTON 4n — <br />REPEAT OF LOT X <br />If the proposed variance is allowed for lots 11-A, 10-A, 9-A and 8-A, the <br />utility services, water and sewer, will be additional problems due to the <br />distances from our existing mains. <br />Will the side sewer from these lots be pumped Lynnewood Drive or will the <br />developer install a sewer with manholes to Mukilteo Boulevard. <br />Developer should hire a consulting engineering firm to design and make <br />recommendations to the City for our approval or disapproval. <br />
