Access to the lots is provided from Mukilteo Boulevard via Lynnewood Avenue. Lynnewood Avenue is extremely steep, adjacent to Mukilteo B ulevard (15% plus and minus). Mukilteo Boulevard is narrow and winding in the vicinity of Lynnewood Drive and residents who cannot get up Lynnewood Drive in icy conditions must not be permitted to park on Mukilteo Boulevard, as they do in the vicinity of Seaview. 4. Roadways on easements of this typr- must be considered as private driveways and be maintained by property owners. This particular situation is almost surely to be a potential problem in the light of the steep grade. 5. In a recent Utilities Coordination Meeting, the City Fire Marshal, Walt Cooper, strongly objected to such small roadways when serving more than one resident.
