NOTICE OF HEARING <br />Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will bOc e held by the City of <br />Everett Board of Adjustment at 7:30 p.m. ' 'fit iI - - <br />in the <br />City Tlall Council Chambers, City Hall, Everett, Washington for the <br />consideration of the following: <br />Request of David Brandvold, 4926 - 27th Avenue West, Everett, <br />Washington, for a variance from Section 15. 04.075 E. C. C. <br />(Zoning Code), R-S, Suburban Residential Zone for permission to <br />segregate four (4) lots into eight (8) building sites with each site <br />to have more than 12, 500 sq. ft. of ].and. Three (3) parcels to <br />have less than 80 ft. of frontage on a public dedicated street. <br />Pour (4) (rear) parcels to be served by a proposed sixteen (16) <br />foot easement (driveway). <br />Lots 8, 9, 1), and 11 Darlington Replat Lot 'X' <br />Also for permission to segregate one parcel of land into two (2) <br />Wilding site-:. Each site to contain approcimately 12, 160 sq. ft. <br />of land area is opposed to the minimum o: 12, 500 sq. ft, as <br />required by Ordinance No. 3572.
