ALLEGATIONS OF APPLICANT <br />POINT 1. So as not to grant a special privilege to me by the granting <br />of this variance I submit the following conditions to be imposed so <br />as not to cause inconsistencies with the limitations upon other <br />properties in the vicinity and zone in which I am located. <br />with the approval of this variance request, the developer will be able to blacktop <br />portions of Lvnnewood Avenue thut.are graveled, thereby saving the City of Everett <br />the expense of such blacktoppir,J at a later date and further adding to the over all <br />improved arpearance of the arez.. <br />NOTE <br />77 <br />Lot 26 lacks several hundred square feet of meeting the 12,500 square foot minimum, <br />but because of the lots in that general area that are less than 12,500 square feet, <br />ve feel that lot size of approximately 12,160 souare feet still constitute good <br />ol;nnninq and will not be determental in any way whatsoever in the over all development <br />of the neighborhood. <br />
