The purpose of our work was to evaluate surficial features and explore subsurface soil conditions <br />on the property in order to provide geotechnical engineering recommendations for design and construction of the <br />proposed residence. <br />Our field exploration indicates the site is underlain by medium dense to very dense silty sand with varying <br />amounts of gravel. A reconnaissance of the site slopes did not indicate the presence of past instabilities on the <br />site. <br />In our opinion, the site conditions encountered would not preclude development for the proposed residence and <br />attached garage. The undisturbed native soils are suitable for supporting the proposed residence, provided the <br />recommendations presented in this report are incorporated into project design and construction. <br />We appreciate the opportunity to be of service to Omni Homes during the design phase of this project and look <br />forward to working with you during the final design and construction phases.
