Me understand that development is to consist of construction of <br />a single family residence, with a swimming pool and access drive►+a�y. The <br />approximate location of the proposed residence development is shrnvn on the <br />enclosed location map. <br />The scope of services included performance of ten (10) backhoe test pits and <br />� visual observation around the site area. The explorations were performed to <br />ascertain general subsurface conditions for preparation of opinions and <br />� recommendations as presented herein. The approximate locations of the test <br />pits performed within the area are shavn on the enclosed location map. <br />� <br />J <br />� <br />A11 elevations mentioned in this report refer to existing grade, and to <br />topographic information and a site plan of the proposed devetopment, given to <br />us by you for our use. <br />
