The Architectural Control Committee
recently reviewed the plans submitted by Steve and Norlonna
Klein as well as the variance request submitted to you.
The committee voted unanimously in favor of Steve and
Norlonna Klein for the variance of the modified height of
31 feet above the average elevation at the foot of the build-
ing. Since Lot 9 is so unique it wouldn't adversely affect
any neighbors to the North, South, East, and West, or the
general public driving in Harbor Ridge. The public as well
as all other properties in the vicinity will barely be able
to see the proposed Klein residence, if at ail. No views will
be obstructed, nor any other form of injury be inflicted on
any party.
Again, our committee would request that the Doard of
Adjustments approve the variance application of Steve and
Norlonna Klein.
<ia\
n.E. h9mpson
Chairperson,
Architectural Control Committee
Plat of Harbor Ridge
fiXHIBIT 4
LET1'ER 'vF SUPPORT
