Using this new square footage for the project. Mark lacobs has recalculared the revised traffic <br />mitigation fee for the entire sitc to be 5217,296.00, or 50.73 per building SF. ( 217,296 / 298,300 =.73) <br />The total squarc footage for the King Extivsion project is 122,500 SF including the office. The revised <br />traffic mitigation far this project, per the TP&E update, would be 589,425 ( 122,500 x.73 = 89,425). Per <br />our meeting you have indicated that the traffic mitigation fee is 5101,259. <br />I am requesting that ihe updared traffic in(ortnation be incotpora�ed in you review and that the traffic <br />mitigation be adjusted accordingly. <br />Thank � ou for your cooperation in ihis matter.
