Using this new square footage for the project. Mark lacobs has recalculared the revised traffic mitigation fee for the entire sitc to be 5217,296.00, or 50.73 per building SF. ( 217,296 / 298,300 =.73) The total squarc footage for the King Extivsion project is 122,500 SF including the office. The revised traffic mitigation far this project, per the TP&E update, would be 589,425 ( 122,500 x.73 = 89,425). Per our meeting you have indicated that the traffic mitigation fee is 5101,259.
