These comments address building <br />issues only, additional revisions or additions may be required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or <br />Fire). All references refer to the 1994 Unifortn Building Code, as amended by the State of Washington and/or <br />Washington State Energy Code 1995 Edition, unless stated otherwise. <br />In order for the processing of Your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide the <br />Building Division with two copies of revisfons reflecting necessary corrections. <br />1. Please provide fuRher information about the future tenants with regard to the smoke and heat vent and <br />high•piled combustible stock requirements of UBC 906.1 and UFC, Article 81. <br />2. Please provide more information to prove compliance with the 95 NREC. Include envelope analysis (if <br />component or system). Insulation will be required to be instalied at the time of the shell construction, <br />not tenant improvements. Please revise the drawings to indicate this. <br />3.
