TO: Gordon Witcher, Bill L.ong
FROM: Mary Cunningham 0(
V
DATE: October 24, 1997
SUBIECT: Intracorp/King Extcu.:ions Project (SEPA k2697)
Fast of Hardeson Road
Attached is a revised sie plan for King Extrusions. The plan was modified to
• Provide a 25 foot buffer along the east (Associated Sand and Gravel) property line
• Remove patking along the east end of the building
• Provide replaced parking along the nonh propetty line and on the southeast end of the building.
Please let me know if this plan is acceptable and if it changes any of your previous comments on the
proposal. f will issue the Planned Action determination as soon as I hear from you.
Note to Gordon: Wayne provided comments to me modifying the traffic mitigation fee required for
this proposal. The previous fee was based on their traffic study, which proposed development of the
entire lot with 3 buildings. Their revised application was for a binding site plan creating 3 lots and
development on the nonhern lot only, but they never revised the traffic study. The building on the
nonhern lot is much larger than proposed in the traffic study also (122,500 vs. 9'1,500). Wayne
revised the fee to $101,259.
a

,
