Environmental Issues - Examination of the project through the SEPA process and a <br />determination of whether the proposcd Binding Site Plan, sire plan and other <br />application information complies with the ciry's SEPA Ordinance, zoning code and <br />comprehensive plan policies. <br />Findines: A Planned Action Determination was issued for this proposal on <br />October 29, 1997. The proposal is consistent with the SW Everett Subarea Plan. The <br />proposal must comply with all applicable conditions of the SW Everett Mitigation <br />Decision Document, the Zoning Code, and all other local. state and federal regulations. <br />Concliisions: All State Environmental Policy Act requirements and zoning provisions <br />relared to environmental protection have been met. <br />NO�V, THEREFORE, the City of Everett hereby GRANTS PRELIMINARY <br />APPROVAL for Binding Site Plan N497 with the Following conditions: <br />The proposai must comply with all conditions listed in the Information for Developer <br />attachment to the Planned Action Determination for the proposal. <br />Z. Cross easements must be granted for all three lots of the Binding Site Plan for access <br />and utilities. <br />APPEALS TO HEARING EXAMINER FOR BINDING SITE PLANS: All appeals of <br />decisions relating to binding site plans shall be made to the Hearing Examiner. Such appeals <br />must be made in writing and filed with the office of the Hearing Examiner within fourteen (14) <br />calendar days from the date on which the preliminary decision was rendered.
